We use a range of techniques depending on what’s best for your situation. Here are some of the most common ones!

    Active Release Technique

    ART involves shortening and lengthening the muscle under pressure to break up scar tissue and muscle tightness. Think of it as a combo of massage and stretching.

    Dry needling is fantastic for reaching those hard to reach spots. The muscle will often ‘twitch’ to release tension and help with healing. Think of it as a super deep massage.

    Exercise Rehab
