Active Release Technique
ART involves shortening and lengthening the muscle under pressure to break up scar tissue and muscle tightness. Think of it as a combo of massage and stretching.

Dry Needling
Dry needling is fantastic for reaching those hard to reach spots. The muscle will often ‘twitch’ to release tension and help with healing. Think of it as a super deep massage.

It really depends on your injury.
Simple issues can often be resolved in 1–2 sessions, while more complex or long-standing pain may take around 6–8 sessions.
We’ll outline a clear treatment plan after your first appointment so you know exactly what to expect.

Yes, we do. We offer on-the-spot claiming, so you can access your rebate immediately after your appointment.

Yes, we accept both EPC and DVA referrals.
EPC referrals cover approximately $60 of your appointment, so there will be a gap to pay.
For DVA patients, there is no out-of-pocket cost.
When booking, please note in your appointment if you have a referral and bring it to your first session. We’ll handle the claiming for you and get in touch beforehand if we need any additional information.

Your first session will include a history so we get an understanding of your injury and how its affecting you. Then we will do an assessment to understand the exact tissues involved, what your diagnosis is and why it isn't getting better.
Once we have this information you will be treated on your first appointment then given a treatment plan on the next steps if further treatment is needed and if you need to modify exercises, work or have some home mobility or strengthening work given.
