Alice Lilley

Alice trained and qualified in Birmingham, UK, before beginning her career working in hospitals. During this time, she particularly enjoyed working in trauma, accident and emergency, and MSK clinics. She then moved to Brisbane in September 2024 and have since been working in private practice.

Outside of work, sport has always taken up her free time. She has played football since she was young and currently play semi-professionally for Mitchelton FC. When she’s not training for football, you'll usually find her marathon training or out hiking. She completed a trail marathon and the Sydney Marathon, and she is currently training for the Melbourne Marathon.

Her main area of interest is working with active individuals and athletes who want to perform at their best. She enjoy creating personalised treatment plans that are both effective and achievable, helping patients recover from injury, improve performance, and stay doing the activities they enjoy.
