Chelsea Windsor
Chelsea is a physiotherapist with over five years of experience in private musculoskeletal practice, working with a wide range of active patients and athletes.
She graduated from the Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2020, earning the Dean’s Commendation for Academic Excellence and an invitation into the ACU Honours Program.
Chelsea has worked closely with netball and soccer teams, giving her strong insight into the demands of competitive sport and the importance of structured rehab, load management, and return-to-play planning. She also gained valuable orthopaedic experience shadowing a surgeon at Brisbane Private Hospital, where she developed a strong interest in post-operative rehabilitation for ACL reconstructions, meniscal repairs, and joint replacements.
As a former state and national-level athlete in netball, water polo, and swimming, Chelsea understands the frustration of time away from training and competition. Having dealt with her own injuries, she’s passionate about helping active people recover properly, build resilience, and return to sport stronger than before.
Her treatment approach combines hands-on therapy with targeted strength and conditioning to restore movement quality, reduce pain, and prevent recurrence.
Chelsea has a special interest in:
Sports injury management and prevention
TMJ and jaw pain
Ankle and knee injuries
Neck and lower back pain
Post-surgical and orthopaedic rehabilitation
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find her running along the Brisbane River or out walking her dog
